Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.
Attendees are requested to pre-register and receive confirmation from the Conference Secretariat.
Live broadcasting will be available exclusively for the sessions hosted in the main hall DIONE/ELETTRA HALL as described in the scientific program. Sessions taking place in the CALIPSO ROOM can only be attended in-person.

  • Cancellation of paid registration is possible under the terms listed below:
    - Until 1 September, 2024: Full refund
    - From 2 September - 1 October, 2024: 50% refund
    - From 2 October, 2024: no refund

The Organizers as well as the Organizing - Administrative Bureau of the Event will assume no liability for injuries or losses of any nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, or for the damage, loss, or theft of their personal property during the Congress. Participants are advised to take out their own health, travel and personal insurance.
